I graduated from the West Warwick Public School system in June of 1981 and entered The University of Rhode Island as a computer science major. I soon made the decision to switch my major to Mathematics with an education focus transferring my credits, first to The Community College of Rhode Island to complete my general education credits earning an Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts, then to Rhode Island College earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics.
Upon graduation, I moved to Brevard County, Florida spending 13 years in the Brevard County Public School system. In 2021, just one week before the terrorist attack on 9/11, I returned to Rhode Island spending one year in Newport Public Schools before moving to the Cranston Public School system in 2002.
I have been at Western Hills Middle School since 2011,
